Abstract
T his Community Service Program aimed to enhance the knowledge, awareness, and capacit y of tourism - sector MSME owners in applying hygiene and sanitation principles in their daily business operations. The program was conducted at Jakarta Islamic Centre, Jakarta, involving 100 tourism - sector MSME participants. An educative - participatory appro ach was employed through counseling sessions, interactive discussions, question - and - answer activities, and evaluations using pre - tests and post - tests. The materials covered personal hygiene, sanitation of equipment and business environments, safe raw mater ial handling, prevention of cross - contamination, and waste management practices.
