Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of Entrepreneurial Leadership and Network Capability on Creativity and Innovation organization of Culinary MSME in DKI Jakarta. The research method is quantitative with descriptive verification methods. The descriptive verification method was used to test whether the variables Entrepreneurship and Network Capability had a significant effect on Creativity and Innovation Organization using data mining techniques such as interviews and questionnaires, as well as secondary data such as literature studies, company data, and previous research. Data analysis was done using Smart PLS. The results of this research show that Entrepreneurial Leadership and Network Capability have a significant effect on Creativity and Innovation Organization. The final hypothesis is that Entrepreneurial Leadership and Network Capability simultaneously have a significant effect on Organizational Creativity and Innovation. The study highlights the importance of Entrepreneurial Leadership and Network Capability in promoting Creativity and Innovation in Culinary MSMEs in DKI Jakarta.
