Abstract
Augmented Reality ÈARÉ technology has been quickly changing dixerent businesses, including the tourism sector. This study examines the in{uence of augmented reality ÈARÉ installation on the purchasing intentions of domestic tourists towards Banten ethnic food. The objective is to evaluate whether the perceived simplicity of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived enjoyment of Augmented Reality ÈARÉ have an impact on tourists' intentions to make a purchase. The data were examined utilizing SmartPLS. The study found a signizcant relationship between the perceived ease of use of augmented reality ÈARÉ and domestic tourists' intentions to make purchases. Furthermore, the perceived utility of augmented reality ÈARÉ has a substantial impact on tourists' intents to make a purchase. Perceived enjoyment, albeit signizcantly less powerful, nevertheless has a considerable impact on visitors' purchase intentions. This research highlights the crucial in{uence of Augmented Reality ÈARÉ in changing tourists' intentions to buy Banten’s ethnic food. The results emphasize that tourists' perception of the convenience, utility, and pleasure derived from AR applications have a substantial in{uence on their inclination to participate in gastronomic experiences. The study oxers useful information for the tourism industry in Banten and other areas, allowing stakeholders to utilize augmented reality ÈARÉ technology to improve tourists' gastronomic experiences and stimulate economic development. This research supports future exploration of creative methods for promoting and maintaining culinary history, which will ultimately contribute to the development of sustainable tourism. As technology continues to transform the landscape of tourism, this research stimulates further exploration of novel tactics.
