Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze product quality, physical environment, and instagram promotions on repurchase intentions with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research method used is quantitative. The sample of this research are 198 coffee shops’ customers. The data is analyzed using statistics and processed in the form of numbers using the SEM-PLS version 3. The results show that the customers who visit coffee shops in Bandar Lampung are mostly men, private employees with an age range of 26-34 years, graduate from D4/S1, and have visited more than 5 times. Hypothesis testing shows that product quality and physical environment have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction; the quality of the physical environment and instagram promotions have a positive and significant influence on repurchase intentions; customer satisfaction significantly influences repurchase intentions; product quality and physical environment have a positive and significant influence on repurchase intentions through customer satisfaction. However, instagram promotions have a negative influence on customer satisfaction; product quality does not have a positive influence on repurchase intentions; instagram promotions have a negative influence on repurchase intentions through customer satisfaction. Coffee shop business owners are advised to maintain and improve product quality, physical environment, and instagram promotions so that the business they run can get lots of profits and become a sustainable business.
