Abstract

This research examines the application of the Storynomics Tourism concept in enhancing the quality of creative economy products, specifically focusing on the cultural experience aspect in craft products within Belitung Regency. Craft artisans and fashion designers were the subjects of this qualitative study, aiming to comprehend their perceptions and the impacts of Storynomics Tourism on craft and fashion product development. The analysis emphasizes authenticity, uniqueness, and experiential appeal within Storynomics Tourism. Results reveal that implementing Storynomics Tourism in cultural experiences strengthens the local identity and uniqueness of craft and fashion products in Belitung Regency. By considering cultural experience aspects, artisans and designers can create more authentic, appealing, and valuable products. These findings significantly contribute to understanding the nexus between cultural experience and the development of creative economy products. Recommendations emphasize maintaining authenticity and uniqueness by showcasing local characteristics in design, materials, and narratives, enhancing engagement and satisfaction for visitors. Implementing these suggestions aims to render craft and fashion products more authentic, appealing, and capable of delivering memorable experiences while enriching the local cultural identity.
