Abstract

In facing the current era, there are two things that must be done, namely adaptation and competence, so it is hoped that all HR training participants at the Bogor Regency Culture and Tourism Office can take part in training and development such as attending various trainings, workshops and certifications to improve special skills in the field HR. People who have taken part in the training and are competent in the HR field will receive a certificate from the Bogor Regency Culture and Tourism Office in the form of a competency certificate. The competency certificate received by participants who take part in the training can make it easier for people to get jobs and be able to apply the results of the training. This research uses quantitative methods using saturated sampling with a population of 44 participants, from April-June 2024 at the Bogor Regency Culture and Tourism Office. Based on the data processing carried out, a regression coefficient value of 0.391 was obtained, indicating that the regression coefficient of competency training (X1) on the quality of human resources (Y) is not equal to zero. Then the value of tcount > ttable for 44 respondents is 161,98 > 12,443 and the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05. This indicates that competency training (X1) influences the development of the quality of Human Resources (Y) at the Bogor Regency Culture and Tourism Office.
