Abstract

There are many aspects that can affect job satisfaction of employees. This research will choose the leadership behavior, work motivation, and communication. The employees can have job satisfaction if they-re supported well by leadership behavior, work motivation, and communication. Employees' job satisfaction is important because if they're satisfied they will work happily and will automatically serve the customer/hotel guests happily as well, and the service result will excellence. This research is to examine whether leadership behavior, work motivation and communication can affect employees' job satisfaction. The research also analyzed if the employees' job satisfaction could drive employees' loyalty at work. The methodology of the study was descriptive quantitative approach. This research was conducted in Hotel Arsonia -one of budget hotel- in Jakarta. The respondents are employees that are using accidental sampling. Data was analyzed by using validity, reliability, descriptive, and simple linear regression. The study found that there are positive and significance correlations between leadership behavior, work motivation, and communication on employees’ satisfaction, and the higher employees' satisfaction will be the higher employees' loyalty at work.
