Abstract

Cikolelet Community-based Tourism has experienced a negative impact with the outbreak of the Covid-19 Pandemic in Indonesia which has resulted in no tourist visits and the abandonment of the tourism sector by the people in this village. Therefore an effort is needed to revive tourism activity in the Cikolelet tourist village in the form of the Bangkit Village Activity Program (KKB).The Community Service (PKM) Incentive Program 2022 in Cikolelet Community-based Tourism is implemented in three stages, where stage I is an introduction to the program and materials carried out for theoretical sessions, stage II is direct practice with the arrival of domestic tourists who buy Cikolelet Tourism Village tour packages, thereby creating a host & guest phenomenon that mutually provide affective, cognitive, and psychomotor interactions. Then in stage III an introduction to business processes (including marketing and governance of tourism village institutions), and the performance of human resources involved in developing Cikolelet Tourism Village tour packages.There is collaboration between the proposing lecturers, students in the MBKM scheme, resource persons, and the local community (Pokdarwis, Baristas and PKK groups) in every activity carried out in the Cikolelet Tourism Village, both in theory sessions and in practical sessions consisting of Homestay Management, Presentation food and drink, including coffee shops, Art and Cultural Performances, and Experiential Learning-based tourism products.
