Abstract
Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability or CHSE is the Implementation of Hygiene, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability which is an operational guide for the Tourism sector from the Decree of the Minister of Health Number HK.01.07/Menkes/382/2020 concerning Health Protocols for Communities in Places and Public Facilities in the Context of Prevention and Control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). This Certificate of CHSE applies to tourism businesses to provide guarantees to tourists for the implementation of Hygiene, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability. Therefore when traveling, tourists are not only comfortable but also safe. The purpose of this research is to find out the interconnection of Certified Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability On Purchased Decision Tourism Businesses In Puncak.The method used is a quantative descriptive approach by research participants were tourists who had visited the Puncak mountain nature tourism area at least once, during the COVID-19 pandemic and New Normal. Suggestion for tourism businesses in Puncak to: Firstly, makes a certification of Clean, Health, Safety and Environment. promote a tourism sustainability for young generation. Secondly, promote a tourism sustainability for young generation. Thirdly, maintain the price is not higher than other tourist destinations, maintain products, services and innovate by implementing tourism sustainability businesses.
