Abstract

Sungsang IV village is in the mouth of the Musi river area and borders the South China Sea or the Bangka Sea. This is what makes Sungsang IV village a fishing village where most of the community's livelihood is fishing at sea. The potential recognition process uses the SWOT analysis method. The SWOT analysis used is a tool to recognize the strengths, weaknesses of a village and see the opportunities and threats faced by the village. The activities carried out are in accordance with what is needed by the villagers, namely providing training on introducing homestays to around 20 people. The goal is to map community homes that are ready to be homestays and prepare community homes to be homestays that are in accordance with applicable standards, and the analysis results found can be a reference for realizing the village of Sungsang IV into a tourist village that has a homestay.
