Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that occurred in the world, especially in Indonesia, has had a severe impact in various fields, especially tourism. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to analyze the actions made by the government on the condition of COVID-19 and build a tourism recovery strategy in the situation of COVID-19 in the city of Manado. The study uses exploratory qualitative analysis and triangulation methods. The results of this study are expected to contribute as a guideline in making tourism recovery plans and strategies in the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic in the city of Manado.
